Shares issued -- Rusty Springs Silver Project, District of Dawson, Yukon

Vancouver, BC – Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN) (Frankfurt: E2L) (the “Company”) announces that it has issued 250,000 common shares in connection with its Property Option Agreement dated February 15, 2011 with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. whereby the Company has been granted an option to earn a 100% interest, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty, in the 1,100 hectare Rusty Springs Sliver Project, District of Dawson, Yukon Territory (the “Property”).

The common shares issued are subject to a four month hold period under applicable securities laws, and imposed by the TSX Venture Exchange, expiring April 16, 2012.

In order to earn a 100% interest in the Property, the Company must make further cash payments of $250,000 and issue a total of 1,000,000 common shares over the remaining four-year term of the Agreement. The Company is also required to pay the Vendor a yearly minimum advanced royalty of $25,000.
